Humboldt finally got a serious upgrade with this one. The percussion park is genuinely one of the cooler things you’ll find at a local playground — kids can bang away on the musical equipment for ages, and honestly some adults get into it too. The in-ground merry-go-round is a nice touch, and the ninja course keeps older kids busy long enough that you might actually finish a conversation. Worth a detour if you’re passing through central Iowa.
