Stilwell Community Park

If you haven’t been out to this little park in Bucyrus yet, you’re missing one of the better-kept secrets in the area. The enclosed play area means you can actually relax at the picnic tables without constantly doing a head count — that fencing is a genuine game-changer for parents of runners. The climbing structure is solid and well-maintained, and the equipment is set up so kids across a wide range of abilities can genuinely use it together, not just alongside each other. Clean restrooms, decent parking, and a paved walking path round it out nicely. It’s the kind of place that doesn’t try too hard but gets everything right.
