Leawood City Park Playground – Variety KC Playground

Leawood City Park has two separate play structures, which is actually really handy when you’ve got kids of different ages in tow — the little ones aren’t getting trampled by bigger kids. It’s a solid spot for a weekday morning run-around, and the restrooms on-site mean you’re not scrambling when someone inevitably announces they “have to go right now.” Fair warning though — after heavy rain, drainage can be an issue, so check conditions before you load everyone up. Worth knowing if you’re local and trying to plan around it.
