Right next to Lake Shelby, this spot has a genuinely nice vibe that a lot of playgrounds around here just don’t have. The accessible design means it actually works for kids of different abilities, which isn’t something you can say about every playground in Shelbyville. After you’re done playing, the lake is right there — easy to walk over and just hang out. Locals definitely know about this one.
