If your kid is into sports, this place basically runs itself — there’s a soccer field, basketball court, and open grass that gives older kids plenty of room to actually play without being on top of each other. Younger ones (we’re talking toddlers on up) have their own space too, so it works for the whole family without feeling like a compromise. Parking is right there, which in Metairie is never something you want to take for granted. It’s a real neighborhood spot — you’ll see the same families out here weekend after weekend, which tells you something.
