City Park Sundial

If you’ve walked through City Park and somehow missed the sundial, you’re not paying attention. It’s one of those quiet little things that makes New Iberia feel like New Iberia — practical, old-school, and a little bit charming without trying too hard. Kids get a kick out of stepping onto it and becoming the actual hand of the clock, which is honestly a better science lesson than anything you’d get indoors. Worth a stop for all ages, even if you’re just passing through the park on your usual route.
