Fern Street Playground

Locals know this Opelousas spot as a solid place to burn off some energy without much fuss. The basketball court gets real use — you’ll usually find a pickup game going or kids shooting around after school. It works for all ages, which means you’re not stuck watching from the sidelines if you want to join in. Nothing fancy, but that’s kind of the point.
