Wizard of Oz playground

If you haven’t taken the kids here yet, you’re missing out — the Wizard of Oz theme is done right, with a play train, climbing structure, and musical equipment that actually keeps them busy for more than ten minutes. Littles and older kids both find something to do, which is rare. The shade trees and covered seating make a real difference in summer, and the soft surfacing gives parents one less thing to stress about. Restrooms and picnic tables are on-site, so you can actually settle in for a while instead of rushing out. The walking path that connects toward the nearby trails is a nice bonus if you want to stretch your legs after the kids wear themselves out.
