Cowenton Ridge Park

Perry Hall locals know this one’s worth the trip. The separate play zones are a genuine win — toddlers get their own space while older kids tear around the climbing structure and slides without anyone getting knocked over. Parking is easy, restrooms are on-site, and the open grass field gives kids room to just run. When the playground energy gets to be a bit much, the walking paths wind back toward the tree line, which makes it feel less suburban than you’d expect. Solid all-around stop for families with kids anywhere in the 2-12 range.
