One of Brookline’s more reliably stocked parks — you’ve got the fenced playground with slides, swings, climbing structure, and sandbox, plus a splash pad that the under-10 crowd absolutely loses their minds over on hot days. The shade trees and covered seating mean parents can actually survive a long summer afternoon here without melting. Restrooms and picnic tables are on-site, which sounds basic but makes a real difference when you’ve got multiple kids in tow. The basketball court and open grass field give older kids somewhere to burn off energy while the little ones stick to the fenced play area. Easy to get to by T, and dogs are welcome — this place checks a lot of boxes.
