Gunn Playground

Slides are the main draw here, and honestly they do the job well for the 3-to-10 crowd. The wood chips are kept up nicely — no bare patches or muddy messes like you find at some other spots around Springfield. There’s a walking path that loops around, so parents can get some steps in while the kids burn off energy. It’s a solid neighborhood playground, nothing flashy, but it’s clean and the equipment is in good shape.
