Stockbridge Playground

One of the nicer spots in the area, honestly — the merry-go-round alone makes it worth the trip since you don’t see those much anymore. Kids from toddlers up through middle school age can all find something to do here between the climbing structure, swings, and open grass field. When the adults need a break, there’s actually decent shaded seating and picnic tables, plus restrooms that are right there when you need them. The basketball court sees regular use, and the walking path connects you pretty naturally toward the forest trails if you want to stretch the outing. It’s a quiet neighborhood park that punches above its weight.
