Right next to the trails by Longyear Park, this spot has that classic Upper Peninsula feel — big trees, fresh air, and room to actually move around. Kids between 4 and 14 get plenty of space to run off energy, and the accessible setup means it works for more families than your average playground. It’s nothing fancy, but that’s kind of the point — just a solid outdoor space where kids can do their thing while you soak in the surroundings. Locals know it’s a good launching pad if you want to tack on a short trail walk before or after.
