If you’re local, you already know this little spot — it’s small, but it does exactly what you need it to do. The gazebo is the real draw here, giving families a proper shaded place to eat and hang out without fighting for a picnic table in the sun. Kids in the toddler-to-school-age range have enough to keep them busy while the adults actually get to sit down for once. It’s a quick walk from Shortstop, so grabbing snacks before heading over is pretty much the move. Nothing flashy, just a solid neighborhood park that earns its keep.
