Lake City’s got a solid little spot here for families who just need somewhere to burn off some energy without driving across town. The slides and swings keep the younger kids busy, and that open grass field is genuinely useful — enough room to kick a ball around or just let the toddlers roam. Picnic tables make it easy to pack lunch and actually stay a while. Parking is right there, which matters more than people give it credit for. Good for kids roughly 2 to 12, and the layout doesn’t feel like an afterthought.
