On a swampy Mississippi summer day, this splash pad is genuinely one of the better options on base for cooling off with the kids. The water features keep little ones and older kids both entertained, which isn’t always easy to pull off. Shaded seating and picnic tables mean parents aren’t just standing around roasting while the kids play — a detail you really appreciate around here in July. Restrooms are clean and close by, which matters more than people admit. If you’re stationed at Keesler or have base access, it’s worth making a regular stop.
