If you live out this way, you probably already know this little spot. It’s a simple setup — slides and swings sized right for the toddler-to-early-elementary crowd — but the forest backing up behind it makes it feel like more than just a basic city park. The walking path is a nice bonus if you want to stretch your legs while the kids burn some energy. Restrooms are kept clean, parking is easy, and you’re not going to be fighting for space on the equipment because it never really gets slammed with people. Good option when you want a low-key afternoon without driving far.
