Honestly, it’s a solid neighborhood spot for getting the kids outside without driving across town. Excelsior Springs doesn’t have a ton of options, so locals tend to rely on this one pretty regularly when the weather cooperates. It’s the kind of place where you’ll run into people you know, which is half the appeal. Pack some snacks and plan to stay a while — the kids usually don’t want to leave.
