Crow’s Creek Playground

Right off the creek near the campground, this little spot in Smithville is one of those places you stumble on and end up staying longer than planned. It’s got that easygoing, accessible setup that works for kids of different abilities, which you don’t always see at smaller neighborhood playgrounds. The natural surroundings do a lot of the heavy lifting — there’s something about being that close to the water and trees that just makes the whole outing feel more laid-back. Worth tacking on if you’re already out that way.
