Right in the middle of town, this spot at Columbus Park is the kind of place locals actually use — not just a checkbox on a city map. It’s close enough to Smith’s that you can grab snacks before heading over, and River’s Edge Park is just down the road if the kids need more room to run. Nothing fancy, but that’s kind of the point. Sometimes you just need a quick stop where the kids can burn some energy while you catch your breath.
