Haymaker Park

If you’re passing through Cozad and the kids need to burn off some energy, this little park gets the job done. It’s pretty much open grass as far as the eye can see, which honestly is what younger kids want anyway — room to run without bumping into anything. Restrooms on-site, which matters more than people admit when you’re out with little ones. Nothing fancy, but that’s small-town Nebraska for you — straightforward and functional.
