Locals know that if you’re already heading to the fairgrounds or taking the kids to the pool, this playground is right there waiting for you — might as well make a day of it. It sits on the Chase County Schools grounds, which means it’s kept up reasonably well and feels safe for kids to run around. The accessibility setup is a genuine plus if you’ve got little ones with different needs. Imperial doesn’t have a ton of options for younger kids, so this one gets used pretty regularly by families in the area.
