Smith Playground

One of the better setups in the area for families with kids at different ages — there are separate play areas for the little ones (2-5) and the older kids, so nobody’s getting steamrolled by a ten-year-old on the toddler equipment. The shade trees around the edges make a real difference on a hot summer day, and there’s enough parking that you’re not circling the block with a carload of restless kids. Throw in the picnic tables and the baseball fields nearby, and you’ve got a solid few hours sorted.
