Honestly, this is one of the better playgrounds in Bayonne right now — they did a solid renovation and it shows. You’ve got slides, climbing structures, and swings that actually work for different ages, plus a water feature that keeps the little ones busy on hot days. The whole play area is gated, which parents around here really appreciate, and there’s enough shade trees and covered seating that you’re not melting while you watch your kids. When you’re done at the playground, the walking path, bike track, and open grass field give everyone room to spread out, and the picnic tables with BBQ grills make it easy to turn the whole thing into an afternoon. It’s close to trails too, so older kids and adults have somewhere to go while the toddlers do their thing.
