Watsessing Park Playground

This one’s got a little bit of everything, which is probably why you’ll always find families here on a weekend afternoon. The setup includes slides, swings, a seesaw, climbing structure, merry-go-round, and even some musical equipment — so kids aren’t fighting over the same two things the whole time. The gated enclosure and soft surfacing make it a genuine relief for parents of younger kids, and the shaded seating means you’re not standing in the sun for two hours. Picnic tables are right there when someone inevitably forgets to eat before leaving the house. Parking’s available too, and the open grass field gives older kids somewhere to actually run around.
