The Denville Township Playground

Locals know this one got a serious upgrade, and it shows. The zipline alone makes it worth the trip — kids loop back to it over and over — but there’s also a rope pyramid, cable climbers, tunnels, and musical equipment that keeps the younger ones busy while older kids take on the bigger structures. The whole thing is enclosed, which is a genuine relief if you’ve got a runner, and sightlines are good so you’re not constantly chasing someone down. Restrooms on-site, a basketball court right next door, and plenty of open grass means this spot works for basically every age between 2 and 13. For a quiet neighborhood park, it punches well above its weight.
