Eno’s Pond County Park

The new inclusive playground here is worth the trip on its own — solid equipment designed so kids of all abilities can actually play together, not just side by side. Throw in the walking path that cuts through the woods near the pond and you’ve got a legit half-day outing without driving far from Forked River. Pack a cooler, grab one of the BBQ spots, and let the kids burn energy on the slides while the adults sit in the shade. Restrooms are clean, parking is easy, and the waterfront views make it feel way more scenic than your average county park.
