Maplewood Memorial Park Playground

This is probably the most-used park in town, and honestly, it earns it. The open grass field alone is massive enough that you never feel crowded, whether kids are running around or someone’s got a pickup game going on the basketball court. The pond adds a nice backdrop for a walk along the paths, and the whole place is kept up really well — clean restrooms, maintained grounds, the works. It draws everyone from morning joggers to families spending a full afternoon, which gives it that genuine neighborhood feel you don’t always find.
