Van Saun Park already pulls in crowds on its own — throw in a zoo, carousel, and train rides and you’ve got yourself a full day out without even hitting the playground. But the playground itself holds up: solid climbing structure that works for little ones and older kids alike, plus a splash zone that’s basically a requirement on any Jersey summer afternoon. Pack a lunch because the picnic tables fill up fast, and yes, there are restrooms nearby which, if you’ve got toddlers, you already know is non-negotiable. Get there early on weekends — this place gets busy.
