The Playpen runs a tight ship — toys are actually clean, the staff are genuinely helpful (not just hovering), and the whole setup is clearly designed by someone who’s been a tired parent before. They’ve got benches with real sightlines into the play area, a baby changing station, and restrooms, so you’re not doing the usual juggling act. It works well as a party venue too, which is a nice bonus when you’re done hosting birthday chaos at your own house.
