Wynantskill Playground

The fenced-in setup here is genuinely one of the better features — little ones can’t wander off, which makes it way more relaxing for parents to actually sit down at the picnic tables and breathe. Kids in the 2-8 range have a solid mix to work with: slides, climbing structure, swings, and a merry-go-round that still gets plenty of action. The musical equipment is a nice touch that you don’t see at every local park, and younger kids especially go nuts for it. Shaded seating means you’re not baking in the sun while you wait them out, and when they’re ready to burn more energy, the basketball court and open grass field are right there. It’s a quiet neighborhood spot that locals clearly take care of — nothing flashy, but it does the job well.
