Built with kids of all abilities in mind, this Asheville playground does inclusivity right without feeling like an afterthought. The slides and merry-go-round are solid hits with the 2-12 crowd, and the soft ground underneath means less anxiety for parents watching little ones find their footing. Restrooms on-site is a bigger deal than people give it credit for — nobody’s cutting a park visit short because of that. Locals with kids who have accessibility needs especially appreciate that this place actually thought things through.
