One of the better things Halifax County has done for this community is put an inclusive playground right on Main Street in Scotland Neck. The whole point is that every kid gets to play, not just some of them, which honestly isn’t something you can say about every playground around here. If you’re in the area with family, it’s worth stopping by — 1310 Main St is easy enough to find.
