Grovemont Park (aka “Grovemont Square”)

Locals around here call it Grovemont Square, and it’s one of those spots that actually gets used — not just looks good on paper. The swings are a hit with the younger kids, and the open grass field gives them room to burn off energy while parents grab a seat in the shaded area with the picnic tables. There’s a basketball court that sees real action, and the walking path is smooth and easy, great for a quick loop after work or with a stroller. It’s been updated recently, and it shows — the place feels cared for. Good all-ages park for the Swannanoa community.
