If you’re local to Conneaut, you already know this park is a solid go-to any time of year. The playground keeps it classic — a merry-go-round and slides, the kind of equipment kids actually get excited about — and it’s tucked under enough shade trees that you’re not baking while you watch them. Grab one of the picnic tables, take the walking path down toward the water, and you’ve got a pretty good afternoon without trying too hard. The beach is right there, clean and walkable, great for picking up rocks or just letting the kids splash around.
