The shade trees and covered seating make it actually bearable in July, and you can watch the whole play area without having to hover. Grab one of the picnic tables, let the little ones run the grass field or shoot around on the basketball court, and you’ve got a pretty easy afternoon. Quiet neighborhood, well-kept, no frills — just works.
