That wooden fort structure is the real draw here — kids ages 3 to 12 have plenty to work with between the slides and swings, and the whole playground is fully fenced with a single entrance so you’re not constantly counting heads. Shaded seating makes it actually bearable for parents in the summer, and the restrooms are consistently clean, which honestly can’t be said for every park in the area. Throw in picnic tables and an open grass field and you’ve got a solid half-day spot. Small town park done right.
