South Point’s got this low-key little spot that honestly doesn’t get enough credit. The climbing structure, slides, and swings keep kids in the 5-12 range busy while you grab a bench in the shaded seating area — and with the Ohio River views from here, you’re not exactly suffering. There’s a basketball court if the older kids get restless, plus a walking path that loops around near the water. Picnic tables make it easy to stretch out a lunch, and the whole place stays surprisingly clean. Good pick if you want somewhere calm without driving far.
