Ben Parker Memorial Park

Pretty much every kid in Fairfax has played here at some point — that’s just how it goes when a park has been around this long. Grandparents bring their grandkids now, same as their own parents once brought them, and there’s something kind of cool about that continuity in a small town. It’s the kind of place locals don’t really think to brag about because it’s just always been there, part of the fabric. If you grew up around here, chances are you’ve got a memory or two tied to this spot.
