Stewart Park Playground

If you live in Roseburg, you already know Stewart Park is the go-to spot for a solid family afternoon. The old climb-on train is genuinely the star of the show — kids obsess over it, and it holds up way better than most gimmicky playground features. There’s a decent climbing structure and swings too, covering the 2–12 crowd pretty well. The shade trees and covered picnic tables make it actually usable in summer, and the walking and bike paths along the river give adults something to do while the kids run themselves out. Parking is easy, restrooms are on-site, and the open grass field means you’re not fighting for space even on a busy weekend.
