The climbing structure keeps older kids busy while toddlers have their own space to figure things out at their pace, and the tire swing is always the first thing anyone runs to. When the water feature kicks on at the firehouse station, expect wet shoes whether you planned for it or not. Shade trees, picnic tables, restrooms — it’s all here, and the soccer field and walking path make it worth the trip even once the kids are done with the playground. Right on the edge of the trails along the river, so you can easily make a whole morning of it.
