If you’re anywhere near Clarksburg, this spot by Conemaugh Lake is worth the trip. Kids get slides, swings, and a sandbox, which honestly keeps them busy long enough for adults to actually relax — or shoot around on the basketball court. There’s a walking path that loops nicely if you want to stretch your legs, and the restrooms and picnic tables mean you can make a real afternoon of it rather than just a quick stop. Everything feels kept up, which isn’t something you can say about every small-town playground in western PA. Good for toddlers through older kids, and the kind of place the whole family actually wants to come back to.
