Blue Slide Playground

If you’ve lived in Pittsburgh any length of time, you already know about the blue slide — it’s basically a rite of passage. The whole thing sits inside Frick Park, so there’s real trail access nearby if the kids need to burn more energy after. There’s a bench dedicated to Mac Miller here, which gives the place a quieter, more meaningful layer than your average playground. Benches, shade, separate areas for little ones and older kids — it’s the kind of spot you end up staying at way longer than planned.
