Runway Park at GMU

The whole park is built around the airport theme, and you can actually watch planes take off and land while the little ones run around — it’s genuinely one of the cooler setups in the area. There’s a fully enclosed play area so you’re not chasing toddlers into traffic, plus a bike track and walking path that give older kids something to do beyond the playground equipment. Shaded seating, picnic tables, restrooms, and decent parking mean you can actually stay a while without suffering for it.
