Jones Park is one of those reliable spots locals actually use on a regular basis — not just for the slides and swings, but because it’s genuinely set up for a full afternoon out. The enclosed play area keeps the younger kids (we’re talking 2 and up) from wandering off while parents can keep an eye on things without hovering. Shade trees, picnic tables, benches, and restrooms mean you’re not packing up after 20 minutes. The open grass field and walking path give older kids and adults something to do too.
