If you’ve got little ones in the 2-8 range, this Cordova spot is a solid go-to. The playground is basic but well-maintained — slides, clean equipment, no mystery stickiness on the handles. Restrooms are actually clean, which, if you’re a parent, you know that’s not something to take for granted. The basketball court draws a crowd, and the walking path is a nice add-on if you want to get some steps in while the kids burn energy. It’s a genuinely well-run community center that the neighborhood takes care of.
