Playground

The turf hill slide alone is worth the trip — kids absolutely lose their minds for it, and it’s way more interesting than your standard plastic setup. There’s musical equipment scattered around that actually gets used, which tells you something about how well this place is designed for little ones who like to wander and discover things on their own. The soft turf underfoot is a nice touch if you’ve got toddlers who are still finding their footing. Good lighting means you can squeeze in a visit after dinner without feeling rushed, and with restrooms, shade trees, and solid parking, it’s easy to just stay longer than you planned. Best for the 2-to-9 crowd, and conveniently close to the library if you’re doing a two-stop afternoon.
