Honestly, there’s not a ton of detail floating around about this spot, but The Sand Box over on Merman Rd gets points for putting accessibility front and center — which is still rarer than it should be at local playgrounds. It’s a solid option if you’ve got kids with different needs in your group and want somewhere everyone can actually participate. Kingsport doesn’t always make it easy to find inclusive play spaces, so this one’s worth knowing about.
