One of the better-kept small parks in Alvin, and honestly it doesn’t get enough credit. The shade trees actually do their job here — you’re not baking on a bench while your kids play, which matters a lot come summer. The adult swings are a genuinely fun touch, not just an afterthought, and the picnic setup is solid for a casual family outing. Parking is easy, the place stays clean, and the basketball court gives older kids something to do. Good spot to know if you’re local.
