Locals-only access makes this one of those under-the-radar spots that actually stays in decent shape because it’s not open to everyone. The new fencing is a real upgrade — parents with toddlers especially will appreciate having that boundary so kids can’t just wander off. It’s a solid pick for families in the neighborhood who want somewhere familiar and low-key for the younger kids to burn off energy. Nothing flashy, but that’s kind of the point.
